Veggi Burger

Go meat-free with this yammy Veggie Burger with smoke flavor


Ingrediencies

285 g Kidney Beans (can)

1 – 2 Garlic Cloves

10 g Parsley Leaves

50 g Oats

1 Teaspoon Paprika

1 Teaspoon Red Ras al Hanout

Salt & Pepper

2 Teaspoon Mustard

For the Dressing

1 – 2 Teaspoon Harissa

100g Sour Cream

Hickory Smoke Flavouring (add according to your taste, but please use just a little, because of the strong taste)

Salt

For garnish

Burger Buns

Salad

Tomato

Cucumber

1. Rinse the beans and drain very well.

2. Finely grind the oats and place in a bowl

3. Chop finely parsley, 1 onion and garlic and add to the oats



4. Add to beans/ oat mix, mustard, peppers, ras al hanout, salt and pepper, mix all together



5. Place the oat mix in the fridge for 1 hour



6. For the dressing: mix the sour cream with Harrisa and add smoke flavor and season with salt and pepper and keep cool


7. Form 4 patties.



8. Put oil in a non-sticky pan and fry the patties from each side for 3 to 4 minutes




9. In the meantime, toast the buns. Put a little bit of the dressing on the bottom piece of the bun.


10. Garnish, according to your taste, your burger with salad, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions
