Pasta di Semola di Grano Duro with herbs and condensed milk (without sugar)
One of the easiest dishes ever
Ingredients:
Semuline Pasta
500 ml - 1 l water, depend how much pasta you will cook
300 – 500 ml condensed milk (according to your taste)
Optional: fresh Thyme, oregano, cumin, olive oil & Pepper
You can add any spice or herbs you like. It depend only on your creativity. For example chili flakes, or make a sweet version with cinamon ....
Below is how I use to prepare it:
Bring water to boil and add salt
Cook pasta on medium heat until al dente.
Now add 300 - 500 ml condense milk and simmer for another 5 minutes
Add now the herbs, I prefer fresh Thyme & dried Oregano
Spices: I like cumin & pepper
