Mango Yogurt with Tumeric

Get an antioxidant boost by starting your day with this mango turmeric mix


Ingredients

Protein & Carbohydrates

  • 190 g Yogurt

  • 160 g Mango (cubes)


Spices

  • Tumeric (fresh or powder) add according to your taste

  • Ginger (fresh or powder) add according to your taste

  • Lemon Juice (optional max 1/2) add according to your taste

  • Cinnamon or 2 g sliced almonds (optional)

Preparation Steps

  1. Mix up yogurt with spices until it’s a creamy and soft consistence

  2. Add Mango to the yoghurt and whisk to combine, leave for 8 to 10 min for more flavour

  3. Optional - dust with ground cinnamon or a very small quantity (2 g) of sliced almonds
