Ingredients
Protein & Carbohydrates
190 g Yogurt
160 g Mango (cubes)
Spices
Tumeric (fresh or powder) add according to your taste
Ginger (fresh or powder) add according to your taste
Lemon Juice (optional max 1/2) add according to your taste
Cinnamon or 2 g sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation Steps
Mix up yogurt with spices until it’s a creamy and soft consistence
Add Mango to the yoghurt and whisk to combine, leave for 8 to 10 min for more flavour
Optional - dust with ground cinnamon or a very small quantity (2 g) of sliced almonds
