115 g White Fish - cut in big pieces
125 g Salad - washed & chopped
Herbs & Spices
Garlic (fresh or dry) - chopped finely, add according to your taste
Coriander (fresh or dry) - chopped finely, add according to your taste
Cumin (powder) - add according to your taste
Paprika - add according to your taste
Safran - add according to your taste
Salt & Pepper - add according to your taste
And
500 ml Fish or Vegetable Stock - ideally homemade
1 - 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Preparation Steps
Place fish in a large bowl and use blender and chop it roughly
Cut coriander & garlic into very small pieces, add with all the ingredients (except the vegetable or fish stock) and form small balls
Then boil the Fish or Vegetable stock and cook the Fish balls for 2 – 3 min
Serve with salad
Enjoy with 1 slice of Rye Bread and 1 Apple
