This delicious, healthy Cabbage Rolls recipe is sure to become a favourite in your home
Ingredients (serving 1)
Protein & Carbohydrates
125 g Cabbage - cut out rib from each leaf
55 g Feta - drain, finely chop
Herbs & Spices
Coriander or Basil (fresh) - chopped finely, add according to your taste
Garlic (optional) - chopped, add according to your taste
Nutmeg - add according to your taste
Whole Cumin - seeds, add according to your taste
Salt & Pepper - add according your taste
Preparation Steps
Bring a pot of salted water & cumin to a boil. Rinse cabbage leaves and cut out rib from each leaf
Blanch the cabbage leaves in the boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and briefly plunge into a bowl of ice water.
Drain the cabbage leaves well and spread out on a thick layer of paper towels. Pat dry well with another layer of paper towels.
Drain feta cheese and finely chop, mix with basil or coriander & spices
Place cabbage leaves on the work surface. Top each leaf with some mixture, leaving edges free. Roll up each leaf firmly, starting on a long side

Tips
¨ Feta Rolls also taste delicious in the sandwich grill
¨ Instead of Feta, you can also try Ricotta
¨ If you like spicy and hot, add red chilli to the cheese
¨ Make bigger portion, you can keep it, up to 3 days in fridge
