This breakfast idea is delicious with chocolate and completely without sugar.
Perfect if you desire for something sweet. To satisfied your craving , this is a healthy alternative.
Ingredients for 2 portions
400 ml milk (or Almond Milk)
1 – 2 bananas
60 g semolina
10 g dark chocolate powder (for baking)
50 g blueberries
Place the milk and banana in a saucepan, mix with hand blender or match/mix with fork.
Then stir in the soft wheat semolina, baking cocoa and bring to the boil until the mixture is ready.
Divide the semolina in bowls and serve with the blue berries & some almonds or hazelnuts.
