the recipes on this page are a mixture of different flavors & countries that I have visited or one of my friends (from their homeland) has cooked for me.
I would like, to inspire you to create your taste.
Tastes are different, recommendations subjective, therefore you will not find in all recipes quantities for spices & herbs.
The recipes give you a guideline, such as "what is part of the dish" or "what is optional".
Maybe the first try will be not a big hit but try again and please use spices carefully - "less is more".
